Power Of Production Studio does not sell nor give away any of our clients information with the exception of web site promotion which usually demands at least an email address. You may instruct us to exclude you from the web site promotion service that comes standard with every web site development project. We strongly suggest that access to your hosting Control Panel be limited to one person for security reasons. Power Of Production Studio is not responsible for any information use and/or abuse that was gathered from the development of a web site and the displaying of that information on the Internet, including identity theft, email address distribution, spamming and/or any other malicious act that may occur.

Power Of Production Studio does not guarantee any placement on any search engine, although we do include and promote your newly developed web site to the major search engines we have no control of how these search engine companies place your web site. We are not responsible for the amount of sales and/or the marketing of your web site. There are many companies out there that specialize in both search engine placement and web site marketing and/or promotion, and we do work with these companies to get you the best possible results. We do suggest that you do business with companies that will work through Power Of Production Studio for placement of files on your server due to security reasons, beware of those companies that refuse to work with your web site development company, they are specialized in marketing and search engine placement NOT web site development.
